Youth Engagement and Older People’s Grants 2017

In accordance with our 3 year plan for the St James Street area, we have four themes that local people voted for; People, Places, Business and Charity.
Through the St James Street Big Local grants scheme we hope to address the priorities for those themes.

- Growing the local economy and encouraging entrepreneurship
- Supporting local community and charitable initiatives

Youth Engagement Grants
Do you have plans that could engage young people in the St James Street area of Walthamstow? Would a grant of up to £1,000 help you do it better?
Apply for one of our Youth Engagement Grants now, which will be awarded by a young panel including local youth workers.

Amarjit Jagdev: Asian Women’s Support Group – Garden Life Event
The Mill Radio – (now Forest Radio) some continued support for room hire and equipment to help support the local radio station reaching older people in the area and run by local older residents.
